Relate is committed to providing facilities suitable for people with disabilities. As part of this commitment the Relate for Parents website has been built along internationally recognised accessible website guidelines produced by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), working towards WCAG 1.0 Level AA guidelines.

Due to the visual and tactile nature of our Family Mapping feature it is impossible to translate the functionality to an accessible format. Family Mapping is the online version of a visual and tactile therapeutic technique used by Relate counsellors with some (not all) clients attending face to face counselling services. Visitors to Relate for Parents using assistive technology who would like to try Family Mapping are encouraged to use Relate's face to face counselling services.
