Lloyds TSB 

Helping Lloyds TSB staff  & their families

through the recession

 

Relate exists to help people with their relationships. Couples, individuals, children, young people and whole families receive help with all aspects of their relationships. Recently Relate has launched a ‘Recession Package’ to provide emotional support, help, and guidance to parents and individuals, where their couple or family relationships may have been impacted in some way by the recession.

 

As part of our joint working, Relate is extending this offer to Lloyds TSB. This means Lloyds TSB staff and their families can access confidential sessions with a Relate counsellor online or by telephone and in addition to the current employee assistance programme. The service is completely confidential and does not require any referral from Lloyds TSB.

 

Online support via Live Chat

Relate Counsellors can provide instant, confidential, one-to-one emotional support to individuals, couples, parents and grandparents on recession issues, by text over the internet. Relate’s experience tells us that many people go through times where they need instant support on a worrying personal issue. This live chat service provides that instant help. There is no time limit restriction on the use of this service - although Relate’s experience is that most live chats last an average of 30-40 minutes - and you can use the service as many times as you like.

 

The service is FREE

Opening Hours:

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

7pm to 9pm, Sunday, Monday & Wednesday

 

Relate can also provide live chats by appointment outside these hours. To request an appointment please email relateforparents@relate.org.uk or telephone 0300 100 1234.

You will be asked for some basic information, which will help Relate keep the service free, i.e. first name, age, gender, ethnicity, and the first part of your postcode. This information is only held by Relate and is not shared with Lloyds TSB or any other organisation.

Telephone Counselling

These are one hour sessions with a Relate Counsellor and are charged at £15 each (usually £45). The service is completely confidential for you and your family and does not require a referral from Lloyds TSB.

 

Telephone counselling sessions can be booked by calling 0300 100 1234, but please make Relate Consultants aware you are a Lloyds TSB employee or family member so that the correct reduced charge can be made. Relate accepts all major credit and debit cards for this service.

 

Opening Hours for Relate telephone counselling:

8am to 9pm Monday to Thursday

8am to 5pm Friday

10am to 12pm Saturday

 

Face-to-face Counselling in your local area

Relate has a network of Centres and Counsellors across the UK that can also provide face-to-face counselling sessions. For more information, or to book a face-to-face appointment at reduced recession rates please call 0300 100 1234.
