Chloe is, once again, torn between two different possibilities.

• Would it have been different if Zoe and Steve had discussed where to go on holiday with Chloe and Richie?  how do family decisions get made in your family? Sometimes children are not told about things until it is too late to change things - would there be less hassle if they had their say?
• Maybe, as parents, we have to accept that children may want to do things with other people as they grow up. What age do you think they have the right to decide what they do with a holiday?
• Do you think Steve and Zoe should allow Chloe to go with her new friend's family - or insist on the family holiday they had planned?
