Steve understands that Choe got help about her periods from her friends mum, but is unhappy that she does not want to go to Ireland with them.

• Maybe Steve needs to think that it is not that Chloe does not want to go to Ireland with them as a family - she just wants to go to Tenerife MORE, and get to know her new friend.
• Having "that talk" with a daughter coming up to her first period is important - but who will do it in your family? You cannot assume that school has covered everything.
• How can this family make the best of things? what would be your first choice?
• Maybe if Lisa goes to Tenerife and Steve has a chance to get closer to Richie, they can all swap holiday stories when they get back. Might Zoe feel left out?
