Monthly Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

• Members who complete the online survey will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
• The survey can be completed anonymously or by non-members. Anonymous entries will not be entered into the prize draw.
• The prize draw is only open to members of Relate for Parents who have given permission to be contacted by email.
• The prize draw is open to UK residents only.
• You must be over 18 years old to enter the prize draw.
• The prize draw is not open to employees of Relate.
• Only surveys completed in the month will be entered into the prize draw for that month. For example, a survey completed in February will not be entered into the March draw.
• Members can complete the survey more than once, but only one prize will be available each month.
• If no surveys are completed in a month by members, the prize will be carried over into the next month.
• Prizes are selected by Relate and may vary in value from month to month. No cash alternative is available.
• Winners will be selected at random at the end of each month and notified by email.
• Winners may have to provide additional information (including proof of age or identity) or complete additional documents and return them to Relate within a specified period. Failure to provide additional information or complete additional documents within the required time period will result in disqualification and an alternative winner will be selected for that month.
