What is Telephone Counselling?

Telephone Counselling is just like having a face-to-face counselling session except you're talking to a trained counsellor over the phone. You can arrange counselling sessions whenever is convenient for you. We can provide specialist counselling in a wide range of relationship issues.

What is Relate Online Counselling?

The Relate Online Counselling service enables you to work with a Relate counsellor online using exchange of emails. You will be allocated a fully trained counsellor who will work with you for as long as you need help, and we will send each reply to you within 4 working days of receiving it.
